Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between Bid & Sign and the company that creates an account (“you”). The person who signs up confirms they're authorized to accept them for that company.

Your account

You're responsible for the people you invite, their sign-in details, and what they do in your account. Tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised.

Your content

Your estimates, customers, files and schedules belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use the information you put in, including your customers' contact details, and for the content of the estimates and contracts you send.

Electronic signatures

Bid & Sign provides the tools to collect electronic signatures and records of them. Whether a particular signed document is enforceable for your purposes is between you and your customer. Talk to your own attorney about your contract terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or overload our systems, or access another company's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, trials and billing

Trials last 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and plan changes are prorated. If a payment fails we'll let you know, and the account may be paused until it's resolved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but it's provided “as is”. We may improve or change features. If we remove something material that you pay for, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We'll provide an export of your data on request before and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.
