Estimates
Estimates that read like your contract, built in minutes.
Line items, quantities and unit prices on the left. The real PDF, with your letterhead, license and terms, redrawn on the right as you type. What you see is exactly what the customer gets.

Options and add-ons, not five versions of the same PDF
Mark a line as an add-on (the customer can tick it) or put several lines in a “pick one” set like 2″ versus 3″ overlay. The estimate total reflects the default choice, and the customer can change it when they sign.
- Base, add-on and option lines with group headings
- Per-group subtotals printed on the PDF
- Negative lines for discounts and credits
- Custom or blank total line when you price a lump sum

Your terms, saved once
Keep exclusions, conditions, payment terms and disclosures as templates and load them with one click. Each estimate keeps its own copy, so editing a template never rewrites a bid you already sent.
- Starts with your trade's standard exclusions and conditions
- A separate disclosure block, such as crackfill or sealcoat wording, that you can hide per job
- Terms print on the estimate, exclusions on their own page

Photos and site maps go with the bid
Drag photos or PDFs onto an estimate and they print as extra pages, in the order you choose. Rotate a sideways phone photo without leaving the page.
- JPG, PNG, WebP and PDF up to 15 MB each
- Marked-up aerial site maps print like any photo
- Customers can open attachments from their sign link

Common questions
Can I copy last year's estimate for the same customer?
Yes. Duplicate any estimate, including signed and voided ones, into a new draft with a new number.
What happens if I edit an estimate after sending it?
It goes back to draft and the old sign link stops working, so a customer can never sign something you've since changed. Send it again when it's ready.
Can I number estimates my own way?
Set your own prefix (for example RP-2026-0001). Numbers count up per company and never collide with anyone else's.
