Bid & Sign

E-signature

The customer signs your actual estimate, on their phone.

No re-typed web page and no generic signing template. The customer opens the same PDF you'd print, ticks the add-ons they want, initials them, and signs right on the signature line.

Add-ons they can choose themselves

Every optional line gets a checkbox on the document and an initials box beside it. Tick one and the PDF redraws with the new total. Each accepted add-on must be initialed before the signature goes through.

  • “Pick one” options show as radio buttons
  • Subtotal, tax and total update as they choose
  • Draw or type a signature

A record that holds up

When the estimate is sent, its exact content is fingerprinted. The signature is only accepted if the document still matches, and the signed PDF prints the signer's name, time, IP address and the fingerprint.

  • Editing a sent estimate kills the old link
  • A full audit trail: sent, opened, signed, downloaded
  • The signed PDF is emailed to the customer and to you

Common questions

Does the link expire?

No. Customers can come back to the same link as often as they like, and a signed estimate stays downloadable. A link only stops working if you edit, resend or void the estimate.

Do I need to verify anything before sending?

Confirm your own email address once. That keeps throwaway accounts from using the platform to send spam to your customers.
