What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: office staff, estimators, field crew and view-only displays. Your customers never count, and they never need an account to sign.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes are prorated to the day.
Are there limits on estimates or e-signatures?
No. Every plan includes unlimited estimates, e-signatures, customers and projects.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. We'll export your customers, projects and estimates for you on request, including after you cancel. Self-serve export is coming soon.
