Export all your data and review the activity log

Your data is yours. Owners and admins can download all of it at any time.

1. 1Download everything

   Open Settings, then Export, and click Download ZIP. It contains a CSV for customers, projects, estimates and line items. Signed PDFs stay available on each estimate.

   

2. 2Search the activity log

   Settings, then Activity, lists sign ins, sends, signatures, downloads and setting changes. Filter by category, person or time.
