Automatic reminders for unsigned estimates
Bid & Sign now reminds customers who have not opened or signed an estimate, with the link they already have, and stops when they sign.
Most unsigned estimates just need a nudge. Set your rules once under Settings, Sales:
- Days to wait when an estimate has not been opened
- Days to wait once it was opened but not signed
- How many reminders each estimate gets
Reminders use the link from the original email, so nothing the customer already has stops working. They go out between 8am and 6pm in your time zone and never on Sunday.
On each estimate
A sent estimate shows when the next reminder goes out. Send one now or pause them for that customer.
Close out old bids
You can also expire unsigned estimates after a set number of days.
