See every job from first call to signed on one board, and let customers ask for an estimate from your own website.
The new Pipeline shows every job as a card in one of five stages: New request, Site visit, Estimate sent, Won and Lost.
Cards move on their own
Send an estimate and its job moves to Estimate sent. When the customer signs, it moves to Won. You only move cards for the steps Bid & Sign cannot see, like a site visit. A lost bid asks for the reason, so you can see why you lose work.
Your own request form
Every company now has a request form to link from its website or place on a page. Each request becomes a customer and a card marked Website, and you get an email.
Numbers that matter
The top of the board shows open value, work won in the last 90 days and your win rate.
